We are excited to announce the installation of a new sliding head machine on April 14th, 2023. The new machine, a Hanwha XD2011 comes with a 3metre bar feed. Higher traverse rates, large tool capacity and programmable chip removal (PCR) minimising swarf problems and need for constant monitoring, ensuring we maintain our high-quality standards and meet customer lead times.
In addition, we have purchased a SMEC SL2000BSY twin spindle single turret mill/turn machine to complement our twin spindle twin turret mill/turn machine. Expected installation date June 2023.
